Wildlife and Wellbeing Project Coordinator

Reporting to: Farm Manager

Hourly rate: £14 per hour

Hours of work: 10-14 to be negotiated at interview

Annual leave: 30 days per year pro rata

Start date: September 2023

Contract length: 14 months

Organisation description: Formally established in 2017, Jubilee Community Benefit Society is a Christian and cooperative creation care organisation working for the benefit of both a geographical community of all backgrounds and beliefs, the town of Larne and the surrounding area of East and South Antrim, and a community of interest, the churches of Ireland.

Role overview

The part-time project coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and coordination of the ‘Wildlife and Wellbeing at Jubilee Farm’ project. They will also be responsible for recruiting and coordinating volunteers for the project.  They will lead on, report to and liaise with the Farm Manager regarding the implementation, assessment and reporting of the project. The role will include a significant amount of work on Saturdays, especially between April and September.
