CCF was led by Co-op Alternatives and Jubilee Farm, funded by the Co-op Foundation & featured 10 diverse community farming projects from across NI. Azora Community Farm, Seedbed at Glebe House, Glenside Farm, Gortin Wellbeing Collective CIC, Tenth Glen Heritage Farms, Laurelbank Farm, The Turnaround Project, L’Arche Belfast, Wee Farmer.
