Jennifer Cooke is an illustrator and artist from Larne, who specialises in ink and watercolour illustrations which showcase the wonder of the natural world. She often depicts local flora and fauna in her work, and the human connection to them. This exploration is something she loves to share with others, encouraging engagement with the outdoors, each other, and our own imaginations.

Our workshop classes support our aims to involve more people with agricultural and environmental heritage at Jubilee Farm, creating a greater and wider understanding.
