About the Food at Jubilee Farm
The food we produce on the farm is to the highest welfare standards. It is all chemical free, operating under no dig, seasonal, grown from seed, with all animals enjoying an outdoor grass pasture, free-range, organic fed life. 

It is food security with sustainable, seasonal practices every day, incorporating regenerative and nature friendly farming principles. Staff and volunteers (social farming) care daily for what is grown at the farm, creating food that gives you the customer, peace of mind: where it is from, how it is grown and it has cared for nature all at the same time.

Our ethos is guided by ‘creation care’ that is environmental & agricultural stewardship which incorporates fairness and flourishing, welfare & wellbeing, from the soil to the animals, to biodiversity, to what we grow, to the people that visit.

With care at the core, our food tastes delicious.

Veg Box Weekly Subscription & General Veg Shopping
HOW IT WORKS:
1. The Veg box runs every week with harvest approximately June to November.
2. Each box is expected to be £12 per week & typically to contain 6 items. It will typically be made up of a variety of single items e.g. Lettuce/Courgette, Bunches e.g. French Beans/Scallion and 200g bags e.g. Tomatoes/Strawberries (There may be additional items during the bumper summer months).
3. The subscription fee is collected monthly in advance by direct debit, or a full term can be paid up front. (Starting in May the first month covers all preparation, e.g. seeds, compost, bed materials, this is common in CSA Community Supported Agriculture).
4. The veg is collected weekly at Jubilee Farm between Thursday at 2pm to Friday at 5pm or from designated drop-off & collection points that we will identify from this registration process. (These may be updated & we will inform you of options).
5. We are happy to offer delivery with a charge or arrange new drop-off points in your area that you can identify for multiple people to collect from. Contact us to discuss this option.
6. Previous Veg Box customers (2021-2024) will have priority registration & receive a sign-up welcome back gift as a thank you).

ADDITIONAL INFO:
1. A limited number of veg boxes are available to exchange in return for your contribution of time to the care and growth of the market garden. A pure CSA model (Community Supported Agriculture). This is a weekly veg box free of charge to you, in return for a minimum of 3 hours per week, per household, time contribution to the market garden. Contact us to discuss this option.
2. We can offer a biweekly veg box to a limited number of people. Contact us to discuss this option.
3. We cannot guarantee vegetable growth, but we have made all appropriate arrangements in our control. The weather can often present unexpected challenges and have faced challenges in the past. We will remain in contact with you, promptly if we expect or meet any difficulties with vegetable growth.

Shop for EGGS at Jubilee Farm
Very happy hens live at Jubilee Farm. They enjoy daily high-welfare, organic feed, and a full grass pasture, outdoor life. All aspects of caring for the hens are chemical and antibiotic free, creating a natural product, with exceptional taste to enjoy farm to fork.
(Note: hens currently have a restricted covered run in line with Avian Flu Precaution Regulations but still enjoy green grass pasture underfoot).
You can purchase our eggs via our website online farm shop click & collect service, meaning you can order, pay then select a collection date & time from the farm.
You can also call into the farm & purchase eggs. We can accept cash or card.
Eggs are £2.50 per box of 6 eggs.

We are planning to increase the hens and egg availability at the farm.  We want to ask you if you would be interested in securing a pre-order of weekly eggs?  If so, contact us to discuss the options. 

Shop for PORK at Jubilee Farm
All pork is produced from outdoor reared heritage pigs. They enjoy daily high-welfare, organic feed, and a full pasture, outdoor life. All aspects of raising the pigs for pork are chemical and antibiotic free, creating a natural product, with exceptional taste to enjoy field to fork.

You can purchase our pork via our online farm shop a click & collect service, meaning you can order, pay then select a collection date & time from the farm.
You can also call into the farm & purchase pork at the barn. We can accept cash or card.

Prices vary per cut of pork and each price is listed with its product description on the website.

A ¼ pig club has been established for several years and we continue to offer this to existing pig club customers and new customers when a space is available. All details are on the online farm shop.

We would like to extend our offer and convenience to you when purchasing pork. If are interested in home delivery, a pork box pre-order subscription, or a quarter pig pre-order, please contact us directly to discuss the options. 

All pork is GLUTEN FREE, NITRATE FREE, MSG FREE, GMO FREE, CHEMICAL FREE.
All pork is frozen at time of collection.

Our pork products available are typically sausages, burgers, back bacon, streaky bacon, chops, pork mince, sausage meat (Gammons usually Christmas & Easter). A limited number of Trotters, Liver, Kidney, Ribs & Bones are available at request.

Our pork maintains a high welfare dedication right through to the packaged product, where it is butchered & packaged with care by Ilse at Ballylagan Organic Farm.
